Naturopathic doctor in Kitchener-WaterlooYour body has a story to tell. Let’s look closer, together.

Hi, I’m Leizl, a naturopathic doctor with a clinical focus on fertility and hormonal health. Think of me as the friend you can ask anything (yes, anything), who also gets a little too excited about lab results. And I play nicely with your family doctor, midwife or fertility clinic.

How it works

Here’s how we’ll work together.

No pressure, and no question is too small (or too weird). It all starts with a good long chat.

  1. Your first visit75 minutes, all about you. We chat about your cycle, your history, your labs, food, sleep, stress and what you’d love to change. Come to the clinic in Waterloo, or hop on a video call from anywhere in Ontario.
  2. A plan, in writingNo need to remember everything we talked about. You get your plan written down: what we’re starting with, and why.
  3. Follow-upsWe check in on what’s working, tweak what isn’t, and I cheer you on toward your goals (and keep you accountable). If you’d like, I’ll loop in your family doctor or fertility clinic.
  4. Staying on trackOnce things feel good, regular check-ins help you keep it that way, through whatever life throws at you: a new job, trying to conceive, a new baby.

Hi, I’m Leizl

This is my story.

For years I lived with painful periods and difficult cycles. When I finally saw a naturopathic doctor myself, my body started to make sense: a connected system, where symptoms are signals waiting to be understood.

That’s still how I work. I listen to your whole story, explain things plainly and cheer you on along the way. Outside the clinic I’m usually on a trail or at the pottery wheel, with my dog close by (supervising, obviously).
