Privacy, in plain words

Please don’t send health information through this site or by email. Personal health information belongs in the clinic’s records. Call the clinic, or bring it to your visit.

What this site collects

• No cookies on the public pages, and no forms that collect your details.
• Book clicks: when you click a Book link, the site counts one click for that page and that day. Nothing else is recorded: no name, no IP address, no cookie.
• Server logs: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

Booking

Booking happens on Functional Medicine Uptown’s booking page, run by their booking provider. FMU’s own privacy practices apply there.
